Subject: Mid-Term Examination Schedule and Admit Card Collection

This is to inform all students of Class XI and Class XII that the Mid-Term Examination for the Academic Year 2026 will commence on Monday, August 3, 2026.

All students are requested to follow the instructions below:

1. Admit cards will be available for collection from the College Office starting July 28, 2026.
2. Students must arrive at the examination hall at least 30 minutes before the scheduled examination time.
3. It is mandatory to carry both the College ID Card and the Admit Card to every examination.
4. Mobile phones, smartwatches, Bluetooth devices, and any other electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall.
5. The detailed examination schedule has been published on the college notice board and the official website.
6. If any student finds incorrect information on their admit card, they must immediately contact the Examination Office for correction before the examination begins.

All students are advised to prepare well and attend the examination on time.
